I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher as well as a Singer/Songwriter. My intention is to share the healing capacity of the singing voice. At a "Liberation Through Voice" session, individuals and groups free up the voice, utilizing mantra, raga, breath-work, world-song, and improvisation....and of course, yoga. We get together to sing and play acoustic instruments in an informal setting in each other's homes. We bring bring a snack or a dish, some beer and wine, and merriment.
