Hi We started this group in October 2010. We are a group of about 60 women and on any night we might have 8 to 20 women singing. Any woman or child 8 and older is welcome to come sing with us. You don't have to be trained or a fabulous singer. You just need to like to sing. It is amazing what happens when women join together in song. Albany-area composers, let's get together to discuss the complexities of our craft! Since launching in Fall 2011, this group has expanded to include composers from all over the region.  We meet and talk about music, theory, software, and equipment, listen to each other's music, and share advice, support, and snacks.  In May 2012 we organized our first concert of members' original compositions - which was a rousing success!
